Checking in on my 2025 goals and recapping how they are going as of September! PERSONAL FITNESS 1. Go to the Sauna in the morning or on cold days when I don't have pickleball. It's been hot this summer so I haven't used it yet on the hot days, but we've had a few chilly days mixed in where I've reached for the sauna! 2. Play pickleball once a week with friends and with Frank. Going twice a week and hoping to increase the days I go with friends! 3. Finish CG 5 day weightlifting program . Resuming after doing a Classpass trial! 4. Walk 5 miles a day, starting with Stepbet Did Stepbet and have been walking and cleaning everyday for the past 6 weeks! 5. Complete 3 Stepbets (8-10k steps a day) 6. Complete 3 more Stepbets (8-10k steps a day) WRITING and reading 7. Finish 1 book a month I’m currently reading: "Outlive” by Peter Attia and Bill Gifford "ADHD is Awesome" by Penn Holderness "Lord of the Rings, The Fellowship of the Ring" by JRR Tolkie...
