Checking in on my 2026 goals and recapping how I did in March! PERSONAL FITNESS 1. Ke ep track of how many times I have used the Sauna in 2026 Didn't use the Sauna much in March but we did go to the Korean spa! And that made me really want to get a dry sauna. It is finally getting a little cold again after a heat wave so planning on using the sauna then. 2. Get to a VO2 Max of 34 In March, I didn't get to run much, so for April, I'm still aiming for 1.26 and am going to try running when I'm at conference for HOC and using the gym in the hotels! 3. The Great Clock In Cut Program restarting on April 1! 4. Decrease Body Fat Percentage to 25% and decrease weight to 130 lbs I didn't get to do an Inbody before my period came so planning on updating this post after I do. 5.
