You have walked the long lonely walk of loneliness. | Day 1 of Week 1

Didn't sleep great last night so I did not feel like going to the gym but I forced myself to run a mile in my brand new shoes,  (78th time at the gym!) and did my inBody Scan!! Weighed in at 143 this morning after pizza last night and taking a dump and here are my results: Muscle mass went up to 54.2 but still down from my peak of 55.1 which I want to get back to and down from Feb. Weight has stayed relatively the same so I am trying to cut calories so I can cut some weight and increase my cardio/do some zone 2, still trying to weight lift. Body fat is at 31.7% so down from last month but still up from my best at 30.6% Aiming for 56 lbs of muscle in June!! Planning on getting down to 141 in June before I do my next scan.
