Ok y'all, it has been a minute. I did not end up going to the gym while in San Diego like I thought I would so I haven't been in more than a week but I was happy that I went today! (70th time at the gym) Pull ups + glute bridges and weighted step ups today, did some stairmaster in the beginning as a warm up in zone 2 and stretched! I did gain some weight while in San Diego since I did not eat my most healthy, so I'll be working on eating dinner early and drinking lots of water this week.
