Checking in on my 2026 goals and recapping how I did in May! PERSONAL FITNESS 1. Use the Sauna 100 times in 2026 Since joining EOS gym, I've used the sauna 6 times so far in May. 2. Get to a VO2 Max of 34 Got my new running shoes! Planning on practicing running faster and more often in June. 3. Restarting The Great Clock In Cut Program in June. Started doing some of the exercises again but decided to focus on legs for June. 4. Decrease Body Fat Percentage to 25% and decrease weight to 130 lbs Muscle mass went up to 54.7! Working on getting back up to my peak of 55.1 from January, so I think I'm going to work on consistently doing some squats at home. Weight has stayed relatively the same, 143.5, and this month, I am focusing on zone 2 and cardio! Body fat is at 31.3% and down from last month which I am happy about! Even eating dessert at reunion, I am happy that my BF is trending downwards and I want to get back down to my best at 30.6% Aiming for 56 lbs of muscle in ...
