Day 24 of the Great Clock In (54th time at the gym) and personal training with Jack. Only 2 days left of my 2026 challenge, and to be honest, I worked out more than I thought I would in the past 2 months, which is about every 2-3 days, which isn't bad and is pretty consistent. Today we did upper body and I scheduled 2 more sessions this week for a total of 3 sessions so I can work out a lot this week so I can continue to get stronger and work on my March goal. It also helps me to stay sane and regulate during Mercury Retrograde. My goal after my 2 personal training sessions this week is to take a short break from personal training to do some weight lifting and start my Clock in challenge again from the beginning!
