Oh no, it’s bad. It’s real bad. | Day 6 of 10

I am dead. Day 6 of my challenge, and we went so hard for leg day (63rd time at the gym). Warmed up with some stair master, and then we did back squat and leg press. I was proud of myself for maxing out at 370 for 2 sets. Then we did some lat pull downs, core and I was starting to black out at some point. Took an epsom salt bath award and stretched a little. Planning on going to Soya as a reward to get some protein in, but feeling ok after eating 6 eggs yesterday!!
