Sittin' on your biscuit. Never havin' to risk it.

Excitement is one of my values and when I experience boredom in my goals and my everyday life, my ADHD brain immediately turns to something more interesting and drops the more boring thing.

Challenges help my brain to stay on task, and as I reflect on this year coming to a close and think what I would like next year to be like, I am sifting through a few challenges I would like to take on.

One being this very blog, since my writing blog posts ahead of schedule has caught up to date and I don't have many drafts planned yet.

There are only 6 weeks left in 2024 and one thing I think I'd like to try is a weekly challenge for each week left.

Starting tomorrow:

Week 1 (week before Thanksgiving) - Cleaning challenge, set the timer for 10 minutes and clean everyday for 10 minutes

Week 2 (week of Thanksgiving) - Get 8500 steps everyday, starting with a walk in the morning

Week 3 (week before Germany trip) - Cleaning challenge, set the timer for 10 minutes and clean everyday for 10 minutes

Week 4 (week of Germany trip) - Read while on planes and trains :) Finish 1 book on my list

Week 5 (Christmas week) - Cleaning challenge, set the timer for 10 minutes and clean everyday for 10 minutes

Week 6 (New years eve) - Get 8500 steps everyday, starting with a walk in the morning
