what's the scuttlebutt?
I once read in a book that the people who are the most successful are the ones that actually believe that they will succeed.
That seems too easy right? It also does make sense in terms of being a prerequisite and it doesn't cost anything. So, if my present mindset impacts your future health for example, if it's a critical component in my decision to start something or finish something, I need to remind myself continually to believe in myself.
Self doubt and self sabotage leads to the risk of laziness, of missing out on every day I could transform myself into the person I want to be.
So, what sort of decisions have I been making lately?
What is my current trajectory? With my current trajectory, I'm doing ok. Not good, not great.
While I believe that every day I make a healthy decision creates my future health, consistency for the sake of consistency, without a goal that is interesting to me, often falls by the wayside.
So, I am going to try to gamify this using Beeminder and today I will be cooking a healthy meal with lots of veggies.
