We went to the San Diego Zoo for the first time (for me) and walked through the huge Safari Park section. We got to take a tram where I saw giraffes, zebras, and antelope roaming the fields, a few tigers, and a platypus swimming under water. 

There is something about seeing them in person that is so different from seeing them in pictures, in the movies, in books. Seeing them move around in real life is just so magical.

It made me appreciate that life is just so much bigger than the day to day minutiae of worries and stress over things that don't matter. There are different types of animals and creatures that I've never even heard of or seen, and a Maker of them all.
