Depressed? Isn't that just another fancy word for feeling bummed out? | Day 22 of 90

So both my period and Venus Retrograde have started and I feel like butt. I haven't posted here in a while and fell a little bit off the workout train for the past week but am going to yoga today, planning on food prepping and have more than a few wins to share in this post.

1) I made ghee after a client mentioned how easy it is to do! I'm excited to cook with it and us it for things that require a higher burning point. I might have to invest in better butter in the future since I pretty much. never used it before this!

2) I did a ton of cleaning last week since my friends were coming over and feel motivated to organize and declutter. I want to continue to maintain the progress I made so far and to find some things I've been looking for.

3) I started listening to the Lazy Genius Podcast and have been hyper-fixating. I'm excited to write in my next post and continue to reflect on what has been working for me vs. things I can do to make my life easier. 

As always, Frank isn't super enthusiastic about my ideas, but that's ok, writing about is helping to scratch that itch right now.

Some of the ways I've been feeling off during Venus Retrograde:

1) Feeling tired but waking up early, feeling more lethargic and less motivated/energized

2) Feeling blah, the desire to journal and not wanting to exercise

3) Feeling overwhelmed and wanting to change everything at the same time

I asked one of my friends to help me out as a personal assistant for my business, and one of the things I asked her to help me with is working out! I need accountability to take home workouts and stretching seriously, so I'm excited for this.

I'm thankful to have someone I'm working with again since I always feel more motivated when I collaborate with someone vs. working by myself.
