Good luck paying me back with your zero-dollars-a-year salary plus benefits, babe

After 7 months of job searching and interviewing, my husband got 2 job offers! The timing was impeccable too since his unemployment benefits had just run out and even though I had taken time off in December to go to Europe, I started getting tons of appointments coming at the end of the month. 

I'm not going to lie, it's been a tough year of not knowing what was going to happen and not having security, but it enabled us to do so much traveling that we would not have been able to do otherwise.

More on our Europe trip in the next post but we have planned one last hurrah trip in January before Frank starts working, and we will be going to Portland, Maine! My very first time and our first time being in a snowy cabin in the winter time!
