So do anyone of us really know what we are doing in life?
Some exciting progress I've made in November!
PERSONAL FITNESS
1. Get to 135 lbs.
But make it fun, see goals below.
Down to 142 as of this month so far, working on adding in fasting as a goal and taking out some of my other goals.
2. Do 1 trainwell workout a week.
I unfortunately did not do a single trainwell workout in November but am planning on rejoining the gym this month which will hopefully make it easier for me to get back into things
I have decided to change this goal to, Do 5 trainwell workouts before the end of 2024.
3. Play pickleball once a week with friends and with Frank.
I have been extremely consistent with this in November, which I was really happy about and it brought a lot of fun and joy into my life.
4. Complete 100 squats per week using a counter.
This goal is neither fun nor interesting to me, so I'll be adding in a fasting goal instead.
Complete 5 18 hour fasts before the end of 2024.
5. Cycle once a week.
I haven't been able to think about how to make this more fun/a challenge with a deadline yet, and I haven't figured out using my treadmill yet either.
6. Plan 4 hikes to prepare for Machu Picchu
-Did a 7 mile hike in Pasadena
-Did a 3 mile hike in Thousand Oaks
-Hopefully planning a few more hikes in Germany
7. Complete 3 Stepbets (8-10k steps a day)
-I did it!

20. Plan out grocery shopping once a week according to plan and budget
