The fire is SHOOTING at us!!

I've always dreamed of having a fireplace and ours has been very well used this year, especially with all of the free pinecones that we pick up on our street.

We planned a trip to Maine and Boston this year in a cabin, which I am really looking forward to. The idea of reading by the fireplace on a cold winter's night is of course what we have been doing all year, but it feels different when it's snowing, right?

I am especially looking forward to eating some amazing seafood in very brisk temperatures, with the highs being in the 20s. Still, one last hurrah before Frank starts working!
