Catch you on the flippity flop | Day 16 of 90
After our very long flight from Baltimore, wherein it started heavily snowing after we had boarded the plane, and they needed to de-ice the plane while we were on the runway, which took about an hour and led to a 30 minute delay, we were finally back in California.
My parents fed me some very delicious Korean food, some bibimbap and kimchi jjiggae and then we drove back to pick up Mochi and then finally made it home at midnight.
The next day, I had a client and was able to survive on 6 hours of sleep but the next day, crashed by the end of the night and ended up sleeping 11 hours! I guess I was jet lagged because I fell asleep at 730pm.
This week was a great week for sleep since being back, and I am able to fall asleep last night at 9:30pm too and wake up at 6am.
I went to play pickleball in the morning for an hour and a half and then went to hot yoga afterward! That felt really great and I realize how unflexible I've become so that's something I'd like to work on. Planning on taking a few more classes through classpass and then starting a few gym trials this week.
