Every of the time | Day 20 of 90

Recap of my day:  

Caramelized onion pasta turned out bomb and tonight will be some heirloom tomato and sausage pasta which I am excited for!

The pizza I was planning on making will have to wait until Sunday since the pans won't be arriving until then, so I'll prep some focaccia instead! 

The garlic grater did arrive, so planning on making that for lunch tomorrow :)

Pork belly is almost done defrosting so that should be ready for tomorrow as well. I likely won't have time for a classpass class today since I only have 3 hours before the knitting social, which I am really looking forward to, and I'll likely be cooking during that time and driving over. I'll book something for Saturday maybe!

I am quite proud of how I've been getting all of my steps this week with lots of cleaning and organizing, which has been great. I'll likely do some more of that today.
