They are trying to make me an escape goat | Day 19 of 90

Recap of my day: 

Went to the farmer's market and food prepped some marry me pasta for dinner, while planning for some to be leftover. This recipe calls for using the oven for an hour to caramelize onions, and can be pretty energy intensive, so it's a good thing that today is sunny!

Tomorrow I am planning on making pizza, with some very expensive mozzarella from Italy that we got from the farmer's market, and maybe some focaccia depending on how sunny it is since we're supposed to be getting some rain.

I ordered an aluminum mesh pizza pan so am hoping that will be our golden ticket for perfect pizza in our pizza oven. I also ordered the garlic grater so am planning on making some garlic noodles later on in the week!

I have some pork belly that is defrosting for later on in the week for some leftover kimchi jjigae and some pork belly wraps.

Planning on taking some more classpass classes this week, just need to pick a day!
