4 days of fecal matter related titles and the stool sample trial is over!

Completed my 3 day trial at 24 hour fitness, went to the sauna, did red light therapy and did pull ups, which I am really happy about. I also ran, got my steps in and stretched!

I also drank a protein shake 3 days in a row so far, and the recipe I tried out this time had peanut butter protein, coconut yogurt, and dark chocolate in it, which was A+. Yesterday for dinner we had some spicy noodles and 2 hardboiled eggs and I had a protein bar!

In the next 5 days I want to: 

-Intermittent Fast and 

-Go back to Fitness 19 and redo my InBody on a fasted stomach

-Make another protein shake

-Finish 1 Stanley and track my progress (try to get to 2 Stanleys a day)

-Stretch with Amber

-Do my 24 Hour fitness trial

-Play some pickleball this week

The week after next week is supposed to very warm which I am SO looking forward to! In the meantime, I'll be layering outfits and wearing my cold weather things :)
