I take dumps standing up, I'm a man!
Checking in on my 2026 goals and recapping how I did in April!
PERSONAL FITNESS
1. Use the Sauna 100 times in 2026
Started using the sauna again in April until I buy a dry sauna! Planning on joining Gold's Gym after I come back from Orlando or maybe for Memorial Day and trying to convince Julie to join with me! Planning on tracking how many times I use the Sauna going forward.
2. Get to a VO2 Max of 34
In April, I focused a lot on zone 2, so in May, I am going to focus on running more miles! Planning on buying some running shoes, now that I have some recommendations!
3. The Great Clock In Cut Program restarting on May 12!
4. Decrease Body Fat Percentage to 25% and decrease weight to 130 lbs
I haven't done my Inbody in a while so have to do that again, but the last month I checked, I was at 53.8 lbs of muscle, 144.5 lb weigh in, and 32.7% body fat.
Compared to Feb, I was 143.2 lbs, 54.7 lbs of muscle and 30.9% body fat.
Aiming for 56 lbs of muscle in May!! Planning on getting down to 142 this month before I do my next scan.
5. Rebounding for 10 minutes a day until it becomes a habit
Zone 2 training for 45 minutes once a week has been going well! I've definitely been focusing more on doing zone 2 this month, even if it's just a few minutes in a day. I have decided to change this goal to rebounding for 10 minutes a day instead to mix it up and make it more fun!
