Women be shopping | Day 33 of 90

Yesterday we had a very late lunch, around two ish. I had some rice cake soup, kimchi jjigae, mackerel, so I decided to fast dinner!

I'm planning on intermittent fasting again later this week and possibly going to 24 hour fitness, maybe they will have an Inbody scanner as well.

3. Intermittent Fast twice next week

My next 5 days check list so far

-Intermittent Fast √ √

-Go back to Fitness 19 and redo my InBody on a fasted stomach

-Make another protein shake

-Finish 1 Stanley and track my progress (try to get to 2 Stanleys a day)

-Stretch with Amber √ √

-Do my 24 Hour fitness trial

-Play some pickleball this week (signed up for Thursday class)

This week since I don't have any clients so far until Saturday, I had one client reach out about potentially coming in on Wednesday, I am going to focus on knitting, bible study, and working out this week.

I ended up buying some pants from Francesca's that I'm debating whether or not I'll keep and some makeup from Ulta that I'll be returning. Otherwise just trying to make it through Mercury Retrograde as best as I can.
