A bank is just a paper bag but with fancier walls | Day 37 of 90

I've been intermittent fasting regularly which I am really happy about. Once I lowered the bar to 13 hour fasts, I've been doing it a lot more and longer.

Couple of things I wanted to share:

-Baked some bread in my dutch oven since I wasn't happy about the bread I was getting from my bread machine and I wanted to try out a different recipe using my oven to use up some of our solar because April 10th

-Made some filet mignon with ghee which came out pretty well but I'm hoping to try it again now that I have a little bit of a better idea about what I should be doing (less disturbing the meat and more resting)

-Had my first week of coaching with Audrey!

-Closed all 3 rings 18 times!

Definitely in a better mood since last week when I was in quite of a funk. Dare I say I feel more energized? I've been going back to the Knitting lounge and have been journalling a bit more too, and started messaging someone on reddit about accountability for my health!

That's been going well, and something I've learned about myself is I tend to get a lot out of collaboration and working with other people and also bouncing off ideas because I get energized as a people person and extrovert.

Another else I realized is true for me is when I talk about my goals, sometimes it's really hard for me to nail down why is something important to me and why is that enough. For example, losing weight, one of my values is how I look and my vanity as much as I don't want to admit that.

A goal might matter to me and I care about it, but internally I don't know if that always feels enough and if my reasons for something being an important value to me really makes enough sense to another person or maybe even just to me.  So, some food for thought.
