Looks like we kicked it | Day 38 of 90

Here is my reflection for this past week:

Some of the things I'm grateful for last week was volunteering at the Food pantry, completing my 3 day trial at Fitness 19 and being excited to try another trial at 24 hour fitness. I'm going to look forward to going to the sauna again now that the weather is really cold again. I'm grateful for the days that we ate out, went to Shake Shack, and the coaching that I did with Audrey. I also had 3 clients which was great, March is still ending well. Took my Tunisian crochet class,

How are my goals going, am I on track or off track?

Goals are going well, after I finished up my gym trial and my Stepbet, I took a break from working out and focused more on intermittent fasting and eating dinner earlier. I've been drinking more tea in the morning to extend my fasting cycle by not drinking coffee with sugar first thing in the morning.

What went well this week:
Stretched a few times with Amber, slept early and went on some walks to enjoy the really nice weather. Played pickleball, socialized and went to the Knitting Lounge, but also skipped on Friday when I wasn't feeling it. I have been really enjoying doing a daily recap in my one line a day journal (that I made myself that I probably will not do again in the future). That and my calendar really help me remember all of the stuff that happened.

What didn't go well:

No protein shake or gym but tried to eat some fish to get some lean protein in. Not a ton of clients in March but still ending a good month overall, planning on maybe doing some more Google ads in the future. Didn't spend more time on bible study this week and the week felt long and dragged for a few days.

What did I learn from it?

I ended up emailing Nancy to do her colors which she did, which was a learning from last week! One thing I learned from this week was leaning on the days when I'm not feeling it and just taking the day off, whether it was having a lazy day reading a book I was obsessed with or eating out, I was able to get back on the horse just a few days later and still be productive after those days and more positive.

In what ways did I not act in line with my intentions for last week?

Although I didn't make a ton of time for tidying or decluttering this week, I still made some progress which I was happy about.

What would I like to change next week?

Going to try to spend more time on my morning routine this week as per my coaching homework and tidying.

How can I prepare to have a joyful week?

We are going to LA this week and Mochi has her evaluation so she can start taking obedience classes, and I'll also be volunteering! This week I will check out the 24 hour fitness near me and decide on a gym as well. We'll also have puppy and this week will be cold so I'm going to try to use our solar and the fire place as much as we can!

What are 3 things I would like to accomplish to have the best possible week

1. Make a protein shake and try for 5 days in a row

2. Drink 2 Stanleys a day (including tea) and track this progress

3. Intermittent Fast 7 days in a row next week (3 down so far!)
