It was a good day, with no accidents! Went to Bible study which was great and even saw Margareth! Got lots of steps walking up and down the stairs and training Hazel, which is going fairly well.

1) 8am yoga 

2) Lots of walks

3) Took a selfie!

4) Ate leftover dan dan noodles and two pieces of avocado toast!

5) Kang kang for dinner yum

Tried to drink enough water but it was tough with all of the dogs!
