It feels like a fat man is sitting on my uterus! | Day 44 of 90

I am starting my 90 day journey over, because I decided to change my goals. Starting tomorrow, I am going to do a 75 day journey that is a bit more focused on walking, drinking water, and the food and diet aspect of this journey, in addition to working out and playing pickleball.

So, I decided I'm restarting my journey with some specific goals including:

- drinking 60 oz of water per day

- daily walks 

- 3 stretch videos per week

-  Daily progress check in

- Weekly progress reflection

- Take a daily selfie 

I'll adding in some accountability this time by joining an accountability group and discussing my goals with my high performance coach!

* If you fast-forward 3 months, what's the one accomplishment that would make you say "this quarter was a success"?

    * Losing 5 lbs and doing the splits

If I could look back in 3 months and see that every time I went on a walk, every time I practiced the splits led to the moment at the end of the quarter where I am at 135 lbs and able to do the splits, I would be shocked.

But I think that if I actually commit and I am consistent, that I would get a lot closer than I think and that I would actually enjoy the process too.

So, let's try, I want to surprise myself and I want to go for it.
