Recap

1) Went on 2 walks

4) Drank 45 oz of water!

Had some pork dan dan noodles which wasn't bad and defrosted some chicken and steak for the rest of the week. Planning on making another protein shake today and going for a run. Period is over as well. Ate some breakfast burritos that were super filling as well!

This week the weather is going to be super nice until next week when it gets cold again, so I am going to plan for long walks and runs during the day with the dogs. Thank God that Mercury Retrograde is finally over!

Today's plan:

- drinking 60 oz of water per day

    -forgot water bottle at home, wah wah
