Show me that farm. | Day 53 of 90

This week I only did 1 stretch video but checked in everyday!

I can definitely work on taking the daily selfies and drinking more water but it's going well overall. 

Weighed in at 139 lbs!!!

1) Walk to the park

2) Vegan Thyme with friends, spicy eggplant and stir fried veggies with rice and a Thai iced tea

3) Mahjong with friends and half a donut

4) Lots of coffee and for dinner, greek yogurt and half a banana, peanut butter, honey, a piece of avocado toast, and left over Kang Kang :)

5) Slept early because I didn't sleep well the night before and skipped Knitting Lounge

Went to Trader Joe's and got some things and planning on stopping by again today!

Tried drinking enough water and took a selfie!
