Weighed in at 138!!! Amazing.

I definitely have been eating enough and have not been eating late at night.  

- ate veggie pasta with eggs, and a chicken pot pie and potato balls with ground beef inside

Didn't feel super well so slept early even though I took a 2 hour nap during the day!


Lately, I've been thinking about how to make the choice to do fewer things, but what makes the most impact.

Some high impact tasks for me include:

-Organizing my ideas, brain dump, and to do's into a single system

    -super time consuming but I am hoping that this will be really high impact in the future for me

I've also been playing lots of pickleball this week which is a win!
