Well, what DO you know? | Day 59 of 90
Early morning yoga and bible study today and planning on going to yoga tonight again. Yoga this morning was great, we went on a long walk afterward at Wildflower park which was nice. Hoping to get a lot of reading done today! I finished a book yesterday, called How to Keep House While You Are Drowning, and I got to read some of it aloud to Frank when he came home.
Going to yoga again tonight, planning on taking the dogs for one more walk beforehand and doing some bible study today.

The Focus Labs really have been helping me, at least with the reminders when an hour has passed and I've ben working or just procrastinating. The body doubling really has been helpful for me as an extrovert, and even just seeing my own face on the zoom as well as others.
Weather is supposed to finally get warmer on Sat until Tuesday and then it's a bit chilly again.
So I might try to maybe sign up for Westlake Yoga co for a week or 24 hour fitness for a trial again.
I am slowly working on Hazel's separation anxiety everyday and it's definitely improving, especially when she is super tired. I am working on her letting me go all the way upstairs without her following me. So far, I can make it up halfway up the stairs without her getting up.
