You have a lot to learn about this town, sweetie. | Day 65 of 90
Back down to 141! Had some high protein yogurt, and some sourdough with 2 eggs, smoked salmon and some goat cheese. Hazel had an accident this morning but is doing really well overall.
In the fridge I have some shrimp, ground beef, and chicken defrosting, along with some sirloin steak for KBBQ part 2 for later on this week.
Here is my reflection for this week:
Some of the things I am grateful for this week is eating relatively healthy and moving most days. I am going to be working on honing my morning routine this week so I can be a little more consistent about my daily walks and energizing routine.
Also grateful for how much I cooked this week and how well Hazel has been doing. Bible study has also been great, as well as coaching!
How are my goals going, am I on track or off track?
Goals are going great, not much weight loss progress this past week so I am going to work on intermittent fasting again on Wed and Thursday
What went well this week:
Intermittent Fasted, got down to 138lbs on one of the days, did a lot of hot yoga last week, an insanity workout with Frank and lots of walking. I've been really consistently doing my one line a day journal and high performance ratings. This week, the Silent Book Clubs have been very effective and enjoyable as well! Also cooked a lot this week and finished a book at Silent Book Club!
What didn't go well:
Got more sleep than I usually do since I've been waking up early naturally but I want to be a lot more self disciplined about this. I've also been thinking about meal planning so that I don't get as much decision fatigue when it comes to cooking.
Still no clients booking in April but I have the influencer coming next week and am focusing on my Spiritual Counseling.
What did I learn from it?
Since doing the networking coaching, I've committed to going to networking events before next week so I have to find time to do that.
In what ways did I not act in line with my intentions for last week?
I didn't make a ton of time for tidying or decluttering this week but I want to work on calendaring that into my schedule.
What would I like to change next week?
I want to work on solidifying my morning routine
1) Wake up without alarm
2) Put Hazel outside
3) Walk Mochi
4) Make coffee and tidy kitchen for 5 minutes
5) PQ check in
6) Bring Mochi inside
7) High Performance rating
8) Plan out the day/check calendar
What to add in:
Brush teeth
Makeup
Eyebrows
Change into clothes
Stretch for 15 minutes
How can I prepare to have a joyful week?
Our anniversary is this week so we'll be eating out with Hazel! I want to write a card to Frank as well. PEO is eating at the Cheesecake Factory so I am looking forward to having my favorite pasta.
I also want to plan some workouts this week, I decided to do my 24 hour fitness 3 day pass finally, buy a 12 class pass from Oxygen Yoga and maybe do Classpass later on if they do a promotion for a free trial that's better than what they have right now.
I am looking forward to Dog Class this Sat and making some money off of shorting Tesla stock :)
Now that I also know that Hazel does relatively well outside, I am planning on trying to take her to Barnes and Noble and different cafes to see if that might tire her out and also get me out of the house. It's going to be a bit cloudy on Wednesday but I might try to go to Cafe Sapientia since I haven't been in a while and do some of my Christian Counseling reading.
What are 3 things I would like to accomplish to have the best possible week
1. Drink a protein shake 2 days in a row
2. Drink 3 cups of tea
3. Intermittent Fast twice this week
