Recap

4) Drank 45 oz of water!
Ate a deliciously healthy dinner of pasta with sautéed zucchini, onion, ground beef, garlic, and marinara sauce! Had a protein shake, some croissants, and 2 slices of sourdough bread with goat cheese and olive oil, & some pickles. Had a little bit of ice cream and I was very full.
Not too bad!
Today's plan:
- drinking 60 oz of water per day
-didn't get a chance to drink enough water
- daily walks
-got 8k+ steps!
- 3 stretch videos per week

- Take a daily selfie
