I'm dancing as fast as I can | Day 5 of 10
Played lots of pickleball this week! 1.5 hours on Tuesday and 1 hour 15 min on Wed, and an hour today! I'm at 138 lbs and going to do my best to eat a lot of protein today so I can continue to build up muscle. Planning on doing a weight lifting session today or tomorrow!
Really proud of myself for being so active this month and now we're planning a trip to Orlando, FL which I am really excited for!
My goal is to complete the 5 videos in the circuit series before we leave on the 25th!
