Life sucks. And then it gets better. And then it sucks again. | Day 7 of 10

What do I want my life to be like and how can I get there?

    -I was being too ambitious and setting too many goals again. And it's not helping me to get to where I want to get. I want to become the kind of person who has the kind of discipline and persistence to get to 129 lbs. I want to be healthy and fit and move my body.

* What am I not doing to achieve my goals?

-Being consistent with a protocol despite the results

* What else could I be doing to improve my chances of success?

-Keeping it simple instead of adding lots of steps that will set me up for failure

-Adding in gradual changes

How are my goals going, am I on track or off track?

Goals are going well so far, rewiring my brain and changing my paradigm is always the hardest in the first 10 days so we are in a push period!

What went well this week:

Wrote down my goals, walked 8.5 miles at Disney and hit 20k steps. 137 when I came back from Florida which is great.

What didn't go well:

Didn't eat the healthiest of foods but was happy with how much water I drank on the trip.

What did I learn from it?

Try my best to add some vegetable into meals when eating out on vacations so I get some fiber in. That's usually the first thing out the door when eating yummy foods.

What would I like to change next week?

Working on sleeping early this week to take advantage of the jetlag and doing my Miracle Mornings and 10 day push.

How can I prepare to have a joyful week?

Would like to finish up my shawl, work on cleaning up the clothes in the master bedroom, and start preparing for Franchise training. Pickleball this Thursday and a Style analysis this week!

What are 3 things I would like to accomplish to have the best possible week

1. Intermittent fast until 12pm everyday.

2. Wake up at 7am
