That was an over reaction. | Day 8 of 10
So my plan to do the 5 day workouts was a tad more ambitious than maybe I should have taken on, so I decided to change up my goal. Starting in July, I am going to doing a 30 day challenge broken up into 10 day push periods (which is helpful for my attention span).
Days 1-10:
1) 12 hr + fasting, not breaking fast until 12pm and eating dinner between 5-6pm most days.
Tracking on zero app.
2) Drink Instant Hydration every morning during my Miracle Morning
3) Write Affirmations down everyday to remind myself of my goal
Day 11-20:
4) Go on a walk with the dogs
Maybe start going on a run with Hazel. Sleep in work out clothes and lay out socks.
Day 21-30:
5) Make a smoothie to break fast
Day 31+
6) Do a strength training workout
Get Dexa scan
