There are always million reasons not to do something | Day 1 of 10
So, I decided I'm restarting my journey because I was getting really bored and it's possibly because the weather has been so gloomy and cloudy for the past MONTH! And I am going crazy.
So, I am doing a 5 day challenge and 5 day sprints with a new challenge every week so I can make progress while also not getting bored. I have 15 challenges for 15 weeks, which equals 75 workouts, and 105 days.
I'll do a check in every day, a weekly recap and celebrate milestones!
