What's updog? | Day 3 of 10

Day 2 of the Circuit Series and I am sore!! I tried doing the lower body 20 min and boy was it tough. I was definitely sore in my upper body from doing half of the video with 8 lbs weights, so I'm planning on doing the first video again with 5 lbs weights and just trying to finish the entire 20 minutes. Really proud of myself for working out everyday this week, and even though I'm back up to 140, I think that's water weight and I'm excited to be getting stronger!

Excited to look back on this post and see how far I've come!
