Exercise is good for depression | Day 8 of 10

Day 8 of my 30 day goal, 1st sprint.

138, a little bit of water weight but I'm not worried. I have pickleball today and Thursday, and I'm planning on doing a strength training class on Wednesday!

Had some sesame noodles last night and some XLB, and finished dinner early so planning on breaking my fast later on today after my client.

Tried sleeping early but Mochi woke us up in the middle of the night, sadly 

didn't get to roast any veggies but I should have some time today after my call with pirtek and then amazon fresh/target too

I had completely forgotten about quilt guild on Wed so I'll have to plan out early dinner/break fast later on that day, probably after my client again. 

Planning on going to farmer's market again on Thursday, buying some stone fruit for Frank's parents too, busy week! But I'm thankful overall, it's been a pretty good week so far.
