GAME TIME. Hands up, pants up. | Day 2 of 10

Day 2 of my 30 day goal, 1st sprint.

Woke up around 7ish, lately I've been waking up during the night, not sure why.

Planning on fasting until 11am and will drink a ton of water in the morning.

Planning on going on a hike with Anna today with the dogs which I'm excited for!

Not sure if I'll be able to eat dinner early tonight since I'll be eating with Anna so I'll work on trying to break my fast later on in the day tomorrow.

Yesterday we had salad, ginger beef and rice. Planning on eating more protein today, making chicken meatballs for lunch and fewer carbs.
