Day 1 of my 30 day goal, 1st sprint of 10 days!
Woke up early, fasted until 10am and drank a ton of water in the morning.
Played pickleball for 1.5 hours and walked the dogs several times.
Ended up eating dinner a little later than I wanted because I had a client and didn't food prep before my 6pm Tuesday meeting, lesson learned!
Keeping it simple for the first week since I'm trying to establish the habit of intermittent fasting. Trying to keep my mornings a bit more busy so I don't break fast early.
