Day 10 of my 30 day goal, 1st sprint.
138 still, but I got my butt kicked at the free Bunda class which was really fun and I got to do squats which I had not done in quite some time. Pickleball this morning and then more Bunda for next week.
Fasted quite a bit yesterday, had 2 eggs and fried rice, some protein pancakes, and some chicken tenders from the Habit Burger and some boba, and I lost weight! Doing a longer fast today and then eating before farmer's market.
Still haven't figured out a reward for the first 10 days, but I suppose that will be hanging out with Jeremy and Yun and eating at good places :) Also the boba I had yesterday way too late which made it hard to fall asleep. So good though.
Woke up before 7am without an alarm, and I'm not feeling too too sore. Will definitely need to eat protein today and bake the chicken that's defrosted.
