oh, you should have much bigger fears than that. | Day 11 of 20

Day 11 of my 30 day goal, 2nd sprint.

Push period number 2. After gaining some confidence from fasting, I'll be adding in a walk with the dogs and maybe even running with Hazel on the colder days next week.

Pickleball was tough after being sore from Bunda but still, had fun and learned a lot. 

Went to farmer's market and made some eggs and spam and rice for lunch beforehand, and then chicken for dinner.

I do also need to grab the laundry and start cleaning up the place a bit more today to prepare for Jeremy and Yun, especially their room.

But I am feeling a little bit tired from not sleeping early/waking up pretty early so I'll try to take it easy too. Reminder to start sleeping in work out clothes and lay out socks.

Ended up eating at Red Robin's for dinner and a Perfect bar, which I wasn't expecting to get, and still feeling so sore about Bunda. I think maybe I didn't drink enough water yesterday. 

A tiny bit disappointed because I ended up weighing in at 139 today but am going to keep pushing through and drinking a ton of water today.

Seeing Jeremy and Yun today which I am so excited for and going to Hearth Pizza in the morning to try the coffee and see if they are hungry for brunch/lunch. 

After sprint 2, I'll be scheduling my DEXA scan and maybe even doing an inBody scan at some point!
