Time thief! | Day 9 of 10

Day 9 of my 30 day goal, 1st sprint.

138 still, but I played pickleball yesterday and I'm going to a Bunda class today which I'm excited about. Then pickleball on Thursday, and scheduled some more Bunda for next week.

We tried Urban plates because of a pretty good doordash deal, had some cheeseburger, a Mediterranean chicken bowl, hummus and pita, and some rice pilaf which wasn't bad! I finished dinner early because of PEO and also broke my fast really late yesterday which I was proud of. I did two 16 hour fasts this week and yesterday was a 19 hour fast!

Trying not to focus on the results but continuing on in the consistency.

I went to bed early but Mochi woke us up in the middle of the night again!!!! That dog. Still, I got more than 9 hours of sleep and I'm feeling really good.

Woke up at 7am without an alarm, and I'm excited to do a strength training class since I haven't lifted in a long time. 

I have to plan out what I'm going to eat today when I break fast, likely I'll bake the chicken and clean out the refrigerator a little bit.
