Day 7 of my 30 day goal, 1st sprint.
Another huge win this morning!!!
Weighed in at 135 again!!
Gave in and ate a few chips when I was within my fasting window, had some taiyaki, but made sure I had protein with my cold noodles (eggs), ate and some white peaches which were delicious.
Signed up for pickleball this Thursday, planning on going on Tuesday, and planning on doing some strength training and yoga this morning :)
I've been consistently waking up at 7 to do my Miracle Morning and have been really enjoying reading in the mornings. Yesterday we had some shrimp scampi fettuccine, a chicken sandwich, and some really good salmon at Freda's, for Frank's parents' birthday, which was great. They really enjoyed it.
I keep finding this to be true that every time I consistently eat more protein, even to the point of being full, I tend to lose weight, so I probably have been undereating protein for a while.
Guess I had forgotten to write about the ice cream that we had last week, cotton candy and mint chocolate chip on a waffle cone, on the way back from farmer's market.
Some things I wrote about that I would do this week:
1) Sleep early, which I didn't do yesterday bc of reading
2) plan out dinner meals (need to roast some veggies today)
3) go to farmer's market again on thursday
4) wash some stone fruit
