Day 9 of the Great Clock In and my second personal training session today with Chris (7th time at the gym) and boy was it a doozy. It definitely kicked my butt but I wasn't as sore from yesterday as I thought I was going to be so we'll see how I do tomorrow.
I was planning on bringing my InBody to the session but I forgot. So I'll do that on Friday. I want to have more of a plan and a targeted work out since I definitely have things I want to work on.
Had a peanut butter kale protein shake afterward which was quite tasty and I'm proud of myself for finishing the whole thing!!
BTW, the reason why I've been trying to keep track of the times I've been going to the gym because of my life time membership. I'd love to to go to the gym 250 times in 2026. So far, my membership costs $250 + 59 annual fee, and I've used the gym 7 times, which does include the first day when I worked out for free, so 6 times, really. So far, that equals out to about $51 per time I went, until my next milestone, of going to the gym 14 times (8 more times!) so that the cost per visit is $20!
I'd like to keep track of this just because :)
Also, I'm glad that this week of clock in is the same as last week so that I can catch up and do the work outs that I didn't get to last week, since I have personal training 3 times this week.
Dinner was Butternut squash mac and cheese plus more Costco Rotisserie chicken and some blueberries and a protein bar.
