i feel the need. the need for tweed.

Day 3 of the Great Clock In and I was even more sore this morning than yesterday, how. But I was really proud of myself because I went to the gym (2nd time) and walked on the treadmill for 15 minutes which actually helped a lot.

I also got my shirt and vest from Fine Line Attire and I am in freaking love.

Although I forgot I was going to stretch because I got really hungry. This morning I made some Pumpkin samosas for breakfast and for lunch I had leftover salmon, cream cheese, and multigrain crackers. Then I baked some kale and ate that.

Not entirely sure what dinner is going to be yet but I'm going to try to eat as much protein as possible and drink a ton of water.

Planning on going to the gym tomorrow and doing the Day 2 exercise with Frank and then I need to figure out the personal training sessions that got added to my calendar too.

Might to try snack on some protein too to get my macros in. More later!
