Sometimes you have to just be the boss of dancing. | Day 15 of 75

Day 15 of the Great Clock In, (12th time at the gym), and worked out again with Frank and we did glutes!!

Frank said that he was starting to feel the soreness in his arms from our upper body workout when we did pull ups and I have a feeling that he will feel it tomorrow too. 

We had to run so we didn't do the full glute work out but we did do the sled a few times which was really killer.
