Stay alive, I'm getting help! | Day 10 of 75
Day 10 of the Great Clock In and day 1 of my period :( Had my first personal session training with Jack who kicked my butt (8th time at the gym). I actually went early and Jack trained me for longer!! Which was really nice of him. We ended up training for about an hour and 20 or so minutes.
I brought my InBody Scans and did a red light therapy session after. I also finished my Stanley and boy was I glad that I put electrolytes in it before the work out.
I had a Blanket Meeting in the morning and didn't eat much lunch, just some tater tots and some scrambled eggs and a bunch of water. I didn't get to eat dinner until 3 hours after my gym but boy was it delicious.
Dinner was Yunnan and we had cumin beef, wonton noodle soup, shrimp fried rice, and lots of bok choy.
This weekend we'll be at the San Diego Zoo and doing a lot of walking which will be my rest day, and then I plan on hitting the gym on Sunday with Frank to do some glute work!!
