Day 2 of the great clock in and less than 3 weeks until 33!
This morning I made a Girl Breakfast and toasted some Organic French Bread, added some cream cheese, smoked salmon, cucumber, and red onion and it was DELICIOUS. Then I cooked an egg and baked some yam for lunch to go with my leftover Saag Paneer from yesterday.
Dinner is going to be salmon bibimbap with Sarah and lots and lots of veggies!
Went and got a massage and Bridgette said no lifting so I went to Hot Yoga instead and it was very gentle and such a good stretch because man was I sore!!
Some of the 2025 goals I want to make progress toward this week:
-Finish "Outlive” by Peter Attia and Bill Gifford
-Spend 20 min a day organizing my random notes
