Day 13 of the Great Clock In, (10th time at the gym), I was planning on going to the gym with Frank but the gym closed early for Halloween so we did a short mini work out.
Something that I've been learning about myself is how deep perfectionism runs in me and how it I was sabotaging myself and making it really hard to hit my health goals in the past.
I used to have the criteria of organic, low price (reasonably priced), in season, and high protein and when I couldn't do it, I ate chips. It just wasn't sustainable at all. So I started to slowly add in non-organic foods, washing them with baking powder and fruit wash, eating non-organic but protein heavy meals and overall just trying my best.
Progress over perfection! We ended up doing back squats, planks, arm work outs and pull ups which I was pretty happy about.
Hoping to work out with Frank again more this weekend.
