Y'all having birthday cake? | Day 16 of 75

Day 16 of the Great Clock In (13th time at the gym) and did my InBody on my birthday!! I'm so happy that I gained back my 4 lbs of muscle that I had lost since last year, and decreased my body fat % back down to what it was (30%). 

My InBody showed me that I have a lot to work on my legs but my arms have gotten so much stronger in the past 2 weeks which I am really happy about.

Had personal training with Jack and even though I didn't get to track my protein this week or eat as much protein as I would have wanted, I'm still happy with what I did do!

I also hit a PR for my back squat (135 lbs!!) which I felt really happy about :) Happy birthday to me!!
