Day 17 of the Great Clock In, (16th time at the gym), and week 4 of The Great Clock in!

I didn't get a chance to do the Week 3 work outs because of personal training but I'm planning on redoing this 6 week work out program after my personal training slows down. I ended up going to the gym and doing a quick run. I'm getting faster in my sprints which I'm pretty happy about and working on how winded that I get.

I ended up stretching today, having a protein shake and a mental breakdown, not in that order. Stress has been really good for my gym game since every time I feel anxious, I go to the gym and it makes me feel better.

So I'm gonna look amazing!! And my goal is to still reduce body fat and weight by end of this year. I'm already looking forward to my DEXA scan next month and I'm gonna be trying to focus on water in take for the rest of the month as well.
