I guess I missed you. | Day 22 of 75
Day 23 of the Great Clock In and it's pickleball time! We got creamed at Open Play in the morning but we did a bunch of drills with Lou in the afternoon so I actually played over 2 hours of Pickleball!
Honestly, I wasn't as sore as I thought I was going to be after such an intense personal training session where I hit muscle failure. I think it's a combination of working out really consistently every other day, and eating lots of protein and drinking water.
Which is kind of surprising to me, since I used to be so sore after Crossfit, but I guess I was pushing myself way more during that time.
It's pretty crazy to think that I'm only on week 5 of the Clock in Challenge, I've only been to the gym 19 times and I've see so much progress. I know that I can be impatient with seeing the weight come off and that I can focus too much on the scale and looking leaner, but it's only a matter of time if I keep up the consistency.
This month, we are aiming for 28 days at the gym, so 9 more times! I'll be at LAX on Thursday, so planning on going to the gym in the morning.
