I guess I missed you. | Day 23 of 75

Day 23 of the Great Clock In and it's pickleball time! We got creamed at Open Play in the morning but we did a bunch of drills with Lou in the afternoon so I actually played over 2 hours of Pickleball!

Honestly, I wasn't as sore as I thought I was going to be after such an intense personal training session where I hit muscle failure. I think it's a combination of working out really consistently every other day, and eating lots of protein and drinking water.

Which is kind of surprising to me, since I used to be so sore after Crossfit, but I guess I was pushing myself way more during that time.

It's pretty crazy to think that I'm only on week 5 of the Clock in Challenge, I've only been to the gym 17 times and I've see so much progress. I know that I can be impatient with seeing the weight come off and that I can focus too much on the scale and looking leaner, but it's only a matter of time if I keep up the consistency.

This month, we are aiming for 28 days at the gym, so 11 more times! I'll be at LAX on Thursday, so planning on going to the gym in the morning.
