If we were supposed to talk about our feelings, they would be called talkings. | Day 30 of 75
Day 30 of the Great Clock In and skipped the gym yesterday and personal training with Jack because I am PMSing pretty hard. The lack of motivation to work out and carb cravings is hitting hard right now so I'm trying to drink a lot of water and eat as much protein as I can, which is including a bunch of cheese right now.
Because of the bloating and water retention, I'm weighing in at 148 right now, but I have been using the sauna a lot since it's been so cold and also did some step work outs today in between cleaning.
I did a step work out to get my heart rate up and then sat in the sauna a few times.
After being really unregular with exercise during the summer from August - Oct because of my business, training, Stepbet and Classpass, I have clocked in and worked out 30 times since Oct 16 when I joined the gym!
On average, I've only taken about 2 days off per week for a rest day, and have gone to the gym more often than I haven't, about 5 days a week!
This is probably the most consistent I've ever been about going to the gym since I worked at Krav Maga and went everyday to Crossfit!
Only 2 more weeks left until I take my final after pictures for Solin so after my period is over, I'm going to try to really focus on cutting out carbs, sweets, and fat since my birthday week is over!
