On a boat, who knows, it's nebulous. | Day 27 of 75

Day 27 of the Great Clock In and Yoga this morning at the hotel! I did a sound bath afterwards which was just wonderful. Then I worked out for about an hour and hit a PR on my back squat (160 ish lbs assisted) and some of my best assisted pull ups too.

This trip, I've been loading up on protein during dinner time at the buffet and eating until I get really full, as well as eating lots of veggies.

Some more progress that I would like to make next month is around legs and glutes, getting stronger and leaning down in weight, since I definitely bulked this month, and was anywhere from 142-144 lbs on average.

I want to work on adding in more cardio and walks this month as well, intentionally, as well as more water.

I've been drinking so much water since I've been here since they have spa water and lots of water bottles that they give you at the hotel so I've been really happy about that!
