Snip snap, snip snap, snip snap! | Day 29 of 75

Day 29 of the Great Clock In (19th time at the gym) and personal training with Jack.

We did RDL's which killed me and I got there really early so I also did pull ups and torso rotations, and I was able to also get a charger!

This morning was really cold so the dogs and I also used the sauna :)

Planning on doing another InBody Scan tomorrow and seeing if I'm a bit more hydrated than I was the last time I did my scan, since i drank so much water the past few days. 

Curious to see how much muscle I've put on in the past 2 weeks since I've been trying to see more protein, but also, I haven't been restricting sweets very much in terms of dessert or drinks, which I could do to further lose weight. 

But I am happy that I am getting so much stronger. Jack is crazy and thinks that I can become so much stronger than I believed that I could get but his overconfidence in me does help me to push myself and try harder.
