This is the worst! | Day 35 of 75
Happy Thanksgiving!
Day 35 of the Great Clock In (24th time at the gym) and I'm feeling just a little bit frustrated. Went for a weight lifting class and just wasn't into the vibe so I left after a few minutes of burning out my shoulders. I am glad that I showed up on Thanksgiving and that I was able to reward myself with some excellent boba.
I'm up 6 lbs and 12 lbs up from where I wanted to be by the end of the year, even though I haven't felt like I have been eating so much more or differently to be bulking this much. A lot of it might be water retention from my period but I keep waiting each day for my weight to go down and have been drinking a lot of water and eating protein and working out in the meantime.
Trying to still be consistent in showing up even though the results are not what I want right now and still proud of myself for showing up to the gym so many times this month, definitely a record.
I just hope that it starts to translate on the scale soon. Still working on increasing cardio and changing up my diet to decrease sugar which could really help things along.
